The previous year was very exciting and more than successful for our firm. The volume of projects and matters we worked on increased significantly, and we had the pleasure of expanding the team with wonderful people and exceptional experts.

We are especially proud of our IP practice and projects in which we dealt with intellectual property rights for some of the largest cultural and artistic institutions in Serbia, state bodies, media and elite film and television projects. The firm has participated in more than 100 IP cases.

We also improved our practice in the field of personal data protection, expanded the number of clients for whom we act as “DPO” and participated in some of the most important projects to improve the business and legislative framework in this area, through engagement for the world’s most prestigious financial institutions and in cooperation with the competent state authorities and ministries.

Our practice in the field of labor law, led by our partner Aleksandra Božović, has become another one of the most important pillars of our firm’s practice and has recorded great results in over 50 projects in this area.

The corporate, banking and finance teams together count close to a hundred cases for the needs of the firm’s clients. Corporate and commercial projects stand out for clients from the e-commerce, art, real estate, energy, chemistry, transport, ICT other sectors. On the other hand, we are proud of complex matters related to banking, construction and fintech regional market players.

During the course of 2023, the firm dedicated it’s time to the socio-cultural initiative project related to the empowerment of women in the business environment, especially in the creative, IT and legal professions, especially in the domain of intellectual property rights, which project we expect to gain full momentum. in 2024. We are extremely proud to be the only intellectual property law firm in Serbia with a 100% female partnership and as such we are ranked in Legal 500 Serbia (including all practice areas).

Finally, in 2023, we got recognized by the famous Legal 500 as one of the market leaders in the field of intellectual property. But, also, the international legal directory IFLR1000 has assigned to Vujinović & Partners a ranking in the Financial and Corporate area!
