Nikolina Vujinović is the founder and managing partner of Vujinović & Partners.

She started her professional career as an attorney at law in the field of commercial law, specializing in dispute resolution.

She later developed her practice in the field of corporate law, intellectual property and personal data protection, with a special focus on clients from the media, IT sector, arts and creative industries, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, and the transport industry.

Nikolina actively advises clients in matters of complex M&A transactions, due diligence and matters of compliance, disposal and protection of intellectual property rights with a special focus on copyright and related rights. In her practice, she advised some of the largest international companies operating in the market of Serbia and the region.
