Vujinović & Partners advised on the production of Black Sun (Senke nad Balkanom)

Vujinović & Partners provided comprehensive legal support to Kobra Film in connection with the production of the third season of Black Sun (Senke nad Balkanom), which has now begun airing.

 

 

The series is considered one of the highest-rated domestic productions on IMDb and is also the first Serbian series acquired for distribution by the global platform Amazon.

 

 

The project is further distinguished by the fact that, for the first time in Serbia, rights related to artificial intelligence were regulated in line with current global practices in the film industry, thereby setting new legal standards within the domestic framework.

 

 

The team was led by Nikolina Vujinović, with key contributions from Vladislava Savić and Jelena Lukić.

Vujinović & Partners su pružili kompletnu pravnu podršku Kobra Film u vezi sa realizacijom treće sezone serije Senke nad Balkanom, koja je počela da se emituje. 

 

Serija se smatra jednom od najbolje ocenjenih domaćih produkcija na IMDb-u, a ujedno je i prva srpska serija koju je globalna platforma Amazon otkupila za prikazivanje.

 

Projekat je jedinstven i po tome što su prvi put u Srbiji regulisana prava vezana za veštačku inteligenciju u skladu sa aktuelnom svetskom praksom u filmskoj industriji, čime su postavljeni novi pravni standardi u domaćem okviru.

 

Tim je predvodila Nikolina Vujinović, a u projektu su učestvovali i Vladislava Savić i Jelena Lukić.
