Sara Stojanović is an attorney at law at Vujinović & Partners, specialising in real estate and construction projects, with extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, particularly in corporate reorganisations, restructuring and M&A transactions. She began her career in 2019 at one of Serbia’s leading law firms, where she led the real estate team and handled complex transactions in that field.

Sara advises investors, contractors and other participants on greenfield and brownfield investments, property acquisitions and leases, as well as large-scale construction projects. She supports clients at every stage of a project, from land acquisition and planning through construction and completion, including contracts based on FIDIC forms.

Her particular professional interest lies in intellectual property and the legal challenges arising from the development and use of artificial intelligence, especially the protection and commercial exploitation of copyright works in the digital environment.
