He regularly advises clients on a wide range of general corporate issues, restructuring processes, negotiations and implementation of complex transactions, as well as all aspects of concluding commercial contracts.

Đorđe’s extensive experience includes advising clients operating in a variety of industries, particularly in the technology, retail, e-commerce, pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
